For all types of visa, you can summit a completed visa application form (must be signed by the applicant) and relevant documents in person at Berlin [9.00 - 13.00] and Frankfurt am Main.
Apply by mail:
For tourism and transit visa only.
You can summit a completed visa application form (must be signed by the applicant), all documents, passport and visa application fee to:

Applicants who request to have their passports returned by mail will be fully responsible for any risk that may occur. The Royal Thai Embassy shall not be responsible for loss, damage or late return.
* However, Passport holders of Laos, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan must apply in person only.
